Our Story
LifeBloom Community Foundation, Inc. was created to serve individuals and families who are navigating some of life’s most difficult seasons—housing instability, crisis situations, poverty, disability, and systemic barriers that make stability feel out of reach.
Founded in Greenville, North Carolina, the Foundation exists to ensure that no one has to face these challenges alone.
LifeBloom Community Foundation operates as a charitable, nonprofit organization dedicated to improving access to support, resources, and coordinated care for underserved, at-risk, and vulnerable populations throughout North Carolina.

Our Mission
The mission of LifeBloom Community Foundation, Inc. is to provide case management, resource navigation, community support services, housing stabilization and referral services, crisis intervention, and related social service programs designed to promote stability, independence, and overall well-being.
We believe that stability begins with connection—and that sustainable change happens when people are supported with dignity, consistency, and compassion.

What We Do
Through charitable programming, community partnerships, and grant-funded initiatives, LifeBloom Community Foundation:

Our Commitment
LifeBloom Community Foundation is governed by an independent Board of Directors and operates with transparency, accountability, and ethical oversight. No part of the organization’s net earnings benefits any private individual.
We exist solely to serve the community—because we believe that helping lives bloom again strengthens families, neighborhoods, and the future of North Carolina.
